To be eligible to participate in the Supported Employment Program, individuals must:
Be at least 16 years old and live in Wake County.
Want to go to work, and have competitive employment as a goal.
Have a disability that prevents them from finding and maintaining employment without regular, ongoing support.
Enrolling in the Supported Employment Program
There are two ways to start the enrollment process:

Contact the Raleigh Unit Office of the N.C. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services:
Community Partnerships, Inc. contracts with this office to provide publicly-funded Supported Employment services. You can contact them directly and tell them that you are interested in the Supported Employment program at Community Partnerships:
