Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility for the Brain Injury Support Services Program:

The Brain Injury Support Services program is available in Wake (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area), Mecklenburg (Charlotte), Pitt (Greenville), and Forsyth (Winston-Salem) Counties and their surrounding areas. If you or a loved one is interested in learning more about the BISS program, please contact our Director of Vocational Services today!

To be eligible for the program, interested individuals must:

  • Have a documented brain injury
  • Live in Wake, Pitt, Mecklenburg, or Forsyth County and their surrounding areas (including, in some cases, neighboring counties).
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a vocational goal
