Dedicated to Service. Committed to Results.
Community Partnerships, Inc. has been supporting people with disabilities for over 25 years. In that time, our dedication to our mission and to the people we serve has never wavered. We are passionate about the work that we do.
Paired with this passion is a strong sense of responsibility. Our job is to get results for the people we serve. It is also our responsibility to demonstrate a high return on investment for the funders, foundations, individuals and others who provide us with financial support. All of our programs are based on well researched, evidence-based models of service delivery. Each program also embraces fiscal responsibility.
Our Impact:
In the 2021-2022 fiscal year, CPI served 1,271 people:
- Nearly 230 people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, and/or substance use issues either searched for, found, or maintained competitive-wage jobs in Wake and Durham County.
- Over 430 child care and recreational providers received training that helped them fully include children and youth with disabilities in their classrooms and programs.
- Over 340 people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries found needed medical care, housing, transportation, educational services, and other community resources—services that helped them live more independently.
- Over 120 adults with brain injuries received cognitive rehabilitation, counseling, and employment services to help them re-enter the workforce.
